The center is a beautiful, 44,000 square foot facility located minutes from I-75 at the corner of Cherokee Street and Logan Road. Included in the facility are two high school regulation basketball courts, which are also painted for volleyball and pickleball; a multi-purpose classroom, group exercise room, and banquet hall. Along with programming in the areas of instructional classes, events, athletics, camps, active adult programs, fitness, and therapeutic recreation, the facility includes several rental options for both small and large scale events and opportunities for open play and free use of the walking track during normal operating hours.
GYMNASIUM:
Includes two full-size basketball courts with optional divider, also lined for volleyball and pickleball. Perfect option for athletic tournaments, business expos, health fairs, etc.
CLASSROOM:
Intimate space anticipated to hold approximately 30 people. The room includes built-in cabinets, counters, and a sink. Perfect space for workshops, classes, showers, or small gatherings. During normal operating hours: $25/hour
TANYARD CREEK OVERLOOK (TCO):
Tanyard Creek Overlook is Metro Atlanta’s newest, premiere event facility. Located in downtown Acworth, GA, Tanyard Creek Overlook has over 7,000 square feet of heated & air conditioned space. The venue is surrounded by 10 acres of beautiful green space in Logan Farm Park. It’s just a 20 minute drive from downtown Atlanta and only minutes off I-75. The versatile layout of the venue makes it perfect for all types of events: weddings, private receptions, conventions and corporate events.
Tanyard Creek Overlook features 16-foot ceilings, 10-foot arched windows, exposed brick walls, pre-event space, a private terrace and a sophisticated audio/visual system. This venue is capable of hosting seated events for up to 280, cocktail/drop-in style events up to 500 or can be divided into smaller spaces for conferences and workshops.
The venue provides Cobb County, Kennesaw, Marietta and Atlanta with a high-end event space close to home. This event space is housed within the Acworth Community Center and adjacent to the newly expanded Logan Farm Park and the charming smaller event facility, Logan Farm House.

4425 Beach Street
Want to host a party at the beach? The Acworth Beach House is perfect for birthday parties, family reunions, and other special gatherings. The atmosphere of this historically registered Beach House provides a unique venue for any event. Rentals are not available Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4, or during Summer Camp in June and July.

The Logan Farm House is a fully renovated historic farmhouse built circa 1850. This facility is great for weddings, receptions, small corporate functions, family reunions, and other special gatherings. Click here to view the official Logan Farm House website!
The Logan Farm House must be rented in person at the Acworth Parks, Recreation, and Community Resource Department. Rental contract and the list of approved caterers can be viewed below.

4681 School Street
Great for birthday parties, family reunions, and other large gatherings. During a rental, users will have exclusive rights to the cafeteria only. The facility is not rented on City of Acworth holidays.
