Registration has ended for our Acworth Youth Basketball League for children 5 – 14 years old for the 2025 – 2026 season! The season runs from the beginning of November until the middle of February. Teams typically play 8 games a season and there is a single-elimination tournament at the end of the year. Cost is $120 for the 5 & 6 year old division. All other divisions are $170. There is also a $20 non-resident free for those outside of Cobb County. Please see below for a list of divisions offered and other important information:

The following divisions will be offered:

  • 5 & 6 Co-ed Division
  • 7 & 8 Year Old Girls Division
  • 9 & 10 Year Old Girls Division
  • 6th- 8th Grade Girls Division
  • 7 & 8 Year Old Boys Division
  • 9 & 10 Year Old Boys Division
  • 11 & 12 Year Old Boys Division
  • 13 & 14 Year Old Boys Division

All participants will be required to have a birth certificate on file. If you have a birth certificate on file from a previous season or from our Acworth Youth Basketball League, you will not need to submit another copy. Please either email a copy to parksbirthcertificate@acworth-ga.gov or bring a copy to our office located at 4361 Cherokee Street, Acworth, GA 30101. All birth certificates will be locked away and filed safely. You will not be able to register unless we have a birth certificate on file.

We are also in need of volunteer coaches for the 2025 – 2026 season. If you are interested in coaching, please complete and return the below coaching application and background check.
