The Lake City Cruisers partner with the City and the downtown Acworth merchants to hold these Classic Car Cruises. The event is free to the public. A $5 entry fee is requested for all vehicles in the cruise. All proceeds go to the Horizon Field, an all-inclusive special needs sports facility in Acworth. READ MORE

Concert on the Green - A Juneteenth Celebration will take place at Logan Farm Park on Saturday, June 20, 2026. The event opens at 5:00 p.m. with live music from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Food and refreshments will be available for purchase. The Acworth Parks, Recreation and Community Resource Department is excited to host the Mother-Son Camp Out at Proctor Landing Park on September 12-13, 2026. This event is open to mothers and their sons, 13 and under. Participants will camp alongside the beautiful Lake Allatoona while learning about camping etiquette, campfire building, knot tying, and a variety of other outdoor activities!
