Competitive sealed bids will be accepted at the City of Acworth, Office of the City Clerk, located at 4415 Center Street, Acworth, GA  30101, no later than 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at which time said sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.  Bids are being received for:

All bidders must comply with all general and special instructions. Bids must be delivered to the above listed address. All information pertaining to bid number, bid description, bidder and opening date must be listed on the sealed envelope. Vehicle must be delivered no later than 24 to 30 months after purchase.

Note: Vehicle must conform to federally mandated Clean Air Standards, as required by the Federal Clean Air Act and its amendments. All vehicles must also meet emission level (LEV) Low Emission Level requirements as set by Georgia Law.

The City of Acworth reserves the right to waive any or all informalities, accept or reject any or all bids, to re- advertise and award in the best interest of the City.
