At the Friday, January 2, special-called meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen, Acworth’s newly elected and re-elected representatives were sworn into office. Representing Post 4 is Alderwoman Kimberly Haase, representing Post 5 is newly re-elected Alderman Tim Houston, and Mayor Tommy Allegood was sworn in after his re-election as Mayor. The City of Acworth congratulates its new and re-elected representatives and looks forward to working together to continue creating and maintaining a great quality of life for the Acworth community.
