At the Thursday, April 17 regular city council meeting, Mayor Allegood presented the annual proclamation for Patriots’ Day to John Collins Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution members Wayne Brown and Earl Cable. Patriots’ Day will be observed on April 19 in 2025 and commemorates the inaugural battles of the American Revolution.
