In celebration of its grand opening, Mayor Allegood, Alderman Houston, Alderwoman Haase, members of the Downtown Development Authority, and the City Team were honored to host a ribbon cutting for the Saturday Acworth Farmers Market. Thanks to the incredible dedication and hard work from the Acworth Farmers Market manager and vendor Tina Rhoads, the market is now open two days a week with a unique lineup of quality vendors. The Acworth Farmers Market is sponsored by the Acworth Downtown Development Authority and takes place on Friday and Saturday mornings from 8:00 a.m. to noon at Logan Farm Park (4405 Cherokee Street).
