Dallas Landing Park is an 82-acre park located on Allatoona Drive off Main Street. Dallas Landing overlooks Lake Allatoona. The park contains a beach, group pavilion, picnic tables, grills, volleyball court, horseshoe pit, and public restrooms. The group pavilion is available for rental for groups of 50 or less. There is no lifeguard on duty at the beach. No pets are allowed on the beach areas and must always be on a leash while in the park.

The park is open from April 11 through September 13 and there is a $15.00 parking fee daily. Credit cards only. Park hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

5621 Allatoona Drive

Located in the upper section of the park, this secluded pavilion is only a minute walk to the beach. Pavilion is not rented on Memorial Day, Labor Day, or July 4 weekends.

***Rentals can be made 90 days prior to the desired rental date.  Rentals begin at 9:00 a.m. in office (Monday-Friday) and at 9:00 a.m. online the day they become available. ***

  • Rental Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. (full day)
  • Parking (subject to availability): 40 free parking spots (late April – Labor Day)

  • Cobb County Resident: $125 per day
  • Non-Cobb County Residents: $165 per day
