Presentation by North Cobb Rotary Club to Thank City for Support of Smoke on the Lake Event

At the Thursday, June 15 regular city council meeting, Dave Schwickerath, President of North Cobb Rotary Club, provided information on funds raised from the annual Smoke on the Lake BBQ Festival held on May 12 and 13 at Logan Farm Park. At the Thursday, June 15 regular city council meeting, Mayor Tommy Allegood presented a proclamation to members and coaches of the North Cobb Christian School Eagles Baseball Program in recognition of winning the 2023 GHSA 2A State Championship. The North Cobb Christian School Eagles Baseball program won the 2023 GHSA 2A State Championship, their third overall championship in program history with another two coming in GISA 2002 and 2006.
