At the Thursday, October 5 regular city council meeting, Alderman North presented the Annual Public Safety Appreciation Week Proclamation to Officer Brady Turner on behalf of the Acworth Police Department.  Public Safety Appreciation Week is in honor of the men and women who put their lives on the line daily for the safety and security of Acworth citizens.  The City of Acworth feels it is the responsibility of the City Team and citizens to honor public safety personnel by saying a special “thank you” to the men and women who sacrifice so much for our community’s well-being.
