At the Thursday, September 7 regular city council meeting, Alderman Pugliese presented the City of Acworth’s United States Air Force Day proclamation to Eldrige Holloway and encouraged residents to remember and thank our active military veterans. Mr. Holloway served in the USAF on active duty from 1978 to 1995 and returned to Georgia after retirement. United States Air Force Day is celebrated on September 18.
