The Acworth Parks, Recreation and Community Resource Department is excited to host the Mother-Son Camp Out at Proctor Landing Park on September 14-15, 2024. This event is open to mothers and their sons, 13 and under. Participants will camp alongside the beautiful Lake Allatoona while learning about camping etiquette, campfire building, knot tying, and a variety of other outdoor activities! URGENT ACWORTH MIMOSA FESTIVAL UPDATE Due to inclement weather, we are canceling Acworth Mimosa Festival this Saturday. We are rolling everyone’s ticket over to the Acworth Beer & Wine Festival. Acworth Beer & Wine Festival will take place at Logan Farm Park in Historic Downtown Acworth on Saturday, November 2 from 1-5pm (There will be plenty of Mimosas at the event!)
