At the Thursday, September 7 regular city council meeting, Alderman Price presented the City of Acworth’s Constitution Week proclamation to members of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Darla Valentini, Barbara Benson, Jane Bentley, and Betty Westbrook were in attendance to accept the proclamation. Constitution Week is September 17-23, and is celebrated annually to commemorate the 1787 adoption of the United States Constitution.
