Want to host a party at the beach? The Acworth Beach House is perfect for birthday parties, family reunions, and other special gatherings. The atmosphere of this historically registered Beach House provides a unique venue for any event. Rentals are not available Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4, or during Summer Camp in June and July.
***Rentals can be made 90 days prior to the desired rental date. Rentals begin at 7:00 a.m. in office (Monday-Friday), 8:00 a.m. (Saturday), and at 9:00 a.m. online or by calling 770-917-1234 the day they become available. ***

- Dimensions: 1,300 square feet facility
- Capacity: up to 100 people
- Parking (subject to availability): 30 free parking spots (late April – Labor Day)
- Rental Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. (full day)
- Furnishings: 100 chairs, 10 60″ round tables, and 2 6′ rectangle tables
- Amenities: 2 bathrooms, full kitchen with stove, sink, and refrigerator, and back deck with picnic tables and grill
Rental Rates:
- City Resident: $200 rental fee
- Non-resident: $240 rental feel
*In addition to these rates, all rentals will be required to pay a $75 refundable security deposit.
