The atmosphere of this historically registered Beach House provides a unique venue for any event. Rentals are not available Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4, or during Summer Camp in June and July.

***Rentals can be made 90 days prior to the desired rental date.  Rentals begin at 7:00 a.m. in office (Monday-Friday), 9:00 a.m. (Saturday), and at 9:00 a.m. online or by calling 770-917-1234 the day they become available. ***

  • Parking (subject to availability): 30 free parking spots (late April – Labor Day)
  • Rental Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. (full day)
  • Furnishings: 100 Chairs, (10) 60″ Round Tables, (5) 6′ Rectangle Tables
  • Amenities: 2 bathrooms, full kitchen with stove, sink, and refrigerator, and back deck with picnic tables and grill

Rental Rates:

  • Cobb County Resident: $200 rental fee
  • Non-Cobb County Resident: $240 rental feel

*In addition to these rates, all rentals will be required to pay a $75 refundable security deposit.
