DESCRIPTION:The Acworth Parks\, Recreation and Community Resource Department is excited to host the Mother-Son Camp Out at Proctor Landing Park on May 3-4\, 2025. This event is open to mothers and their sons\, 13 and under. Participants will camp alongside the beautiful Lake Allatoona while learning about camping etiquette\, campfire building\, knot tying\, and a variety of other outdoor activities! There will be outdoor education for the next generation! Registration is required for this event. Please visit www.acworthparksandrec.org to register online.
