Eligibility and Conditions

  • Customers may request up to 2 payment arrangements per year.
  • Customers with past due balances may request a payment arrangement to avoid immediate service interruption.
  • Any approved arrangement requires the entire past-due balance to be paid in full within 14 calendar days of the arrangement date, typically through one or more scheduled payments.
  • Failure to comply with the exact terms of the arrangement will result in immediate disconnection of service (where applicable) on the next scheduled disconnection date, without further notice.
  • Payments received in full by 2:00 PM on the scheduled disconnection day Will be reconnected the same day when operationally feasible. Payments received after 2:00 PM will be reconnected within 24 hours or the next business day, whichever is sooner.
